We are seeking to better understand the supports and opportunities that exist within schools, as well as the challenges when working with children and families
navigating a change in their family form.

The findings from this survey will be used to inform the development of new national guidelines aimed at strengthening supports for children experiencing
parental separation, divorce, or shared parenting.
